Creating an intro screen and “you lost” screen.
Not as easy as you would think. This case is like all the others, we do the same stuff, but with alot of focus on structure.
Things being added and removed on wrong places, errors and crashes is keywords for this case. Testing and failure basicly.
For the moment, i have troubles with 2 things, 1 major and 1 that really doesnt do any damage.
My timer wont reset, and when i die from an enemy, the ennemy is removed in its own function. But also the “character die” removes all children, så its removed twice – causing an argument error.
Everything else works for now.
Case 9
Adding sound to my game, cakewalk!
I had already experimented with sound effects and background music, didnt really have to do much in this case. Although, i had a problem with “jump sound” being played a ton of times.
I fixed this with a boolean, case solved.

One of the villains are now done. I might come back and do a few changes to the proportions of this one, as they are not as good as I’d like.

Case 8
Case 8, the hardest case so far!
Add points to the game, sum the points on screen and show a timer on screen.
I had plenty of ideas how to do this, but in the end, it all failed.
I waited for thursday and help, and it turned out really well.
My problem was to get int into a string – Which was revealed to be easy enough.
My health, “birdeys” (because its golf, its funny damnit!)
My timer, well, it doesnt hurt, but it doesnt have any function eigther.
Case 7
This case made me implent artifical intelligense into my game(AI).
My enemy was decided to be a cloud, and is out to get me. It’s AI works like this:
The cloud will move towards my character, but only vertical, and only if my character is not facing the cloud.
If my character start walking away, the cloud will follow (because by walking away my character will not be facing the cloud).
If close enough, my cloud will do an attack – And the character dies.
